Very nice. My major critique is regarding the composition. Because you have basically cropped her legs off she feels a bit plonked in the scene. If she was on the left or right, rather than the middle it would be a better use of negative space (background). Also, due to the background having the same dark colour as the panda, she doesn't pop out as much as she could. The red does however contrast well.

What I think you work towards for your next piece is trying to find a really good view point for your subject. Really try to distinguish foreground, middle ground and background and your paintings will have more impact. Put detail where it's needed (which you have done on the panda's face).
